No experience is necessary! Our Kick-Fit classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you through every move. Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those with experience.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive trainers. Bring a bottle of water and a towel if you’d like. We provide gloves for beginners, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have them.
While the primary focus of Kick-Fit is fitness, some basic kickboxing techniques can improve self-defense skills. However, these classes are designed mainly to enhance fitness and not for in-depth martial arts training.
Our Ladies Kick-Fit classes are open to women of all ages, from teens to older adults. The workouts can be adjusted to match your fitness level, so everyone can participate comfortably.
