6-Week Beginner Course

The perfect way to begin your journey

  • Get started with our 6 week beginner course
  • £89 with a pair of quality boxing gloves

Attend as many classes as you like for 6 weeks

Class Times

  • Tuesday, 6:45-7:30pm
  • Thursday, 6:45-7:30pm

Prices

After your 6 week course, prices are:

  • £9.50 per session Pay As You Train
  • £34 per month = 1 class per week
  • £49 per month = 2 classes per week

Can I join if I'm not very fit or haven't exercised in a while?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. You can take breaks as needed, and our instructors will help you gradually increase your fitness level at a pace that suits you.

Is Kick-Fit suitable for weight loss and fitness goals?

Yes! Kick-Fit is a full-body workout that helps burn calories, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular health. It’s an excellent option for those looking to lose weight, tone up, and increase overall fitness.

Do I need any previous kickboxing or martial arts experience?

No experience is necessary! Our Kick-Fit classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you through every move. Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those with experience.

What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive trainers. Bring a bottle of water and a towel if you’d like. We provide gloves for beginners, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have them.

Will I be learning self-defense techniques in Kick-Fit?

While the primary focus of Kick-Fit is fitness, some basic kickboxing techniques can improve self-defense skills. However, these classes are designed mainly to enhance fitness and not for in-depth martial arts training.

Is there an age limit for Ladies Kick-Fit classes?

Our Ladies Kick-Fit classes are open to women of all ages, from teens to older adults. The workouts can be adjusted to match your fitness level, so everyone can participate comfortably.

I do the Womens only kickboxing, it's great fitness, learning new skills, building strength and confidence as well as having fun, would definitely recommend.
