Classes are designed to be engaging and dynamic, combining Taekwondo techniques with elements of karate, kickboxing, and self-defense. You can expect a mix of warm-ups, drills, partner exercises, fitness training, and skill development, all in a supportive environment.
Comfortable workout clothes are fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we will guide you on purchasing a uniform and any additional gear you may need.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week to see progress in fitness, flexibility, and skill development. However, the more you practice, the faster you'll see results!
