We recognise the flaws and mind-numbing boredom that can come along with some other gym activities. Here at Phoenix we have designed ladies kickboxing classes to work your butt off, but it will feel effortless because of how much fun you will have and how engaged you will feel with other participants. Even better, unlike aerobics class, the moves in our Ladies Kickboxing classes have some real-life application.

Have you ever felt threatened, or maybe had the fear that you were going to be attacked? It’s common in today’s world and a fear we want you to overcome. There is no better feeling than possessing a skill that can save you, or a loved one.
Although you will never directly spar with another participant, we will be teaching you techniques that you can use to fight off an attacker.
Whether that be a stranger on the street, the local thugs, or a trespasser in your home, you will be equipped with the skills to effectively keep you and your loved ones out of harm’s way.

We design our ladies kickboxing classes to be FUN so that it makes getting healthy feel effortless. Our group leaves their day’s worries at the door!
The environment in our classes is one you can be sure to meet plenty of friendly people who are all working towards a certain fitness goal. Come join us in one of our upcoming classes, and we promise you will feel like part of the family.
Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.
No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.
Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.
Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!
We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic moves.
Once you have built the basic foundation, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.

Through martial arts, we have been helping children and adults in the Swindon area become stronger mentally, physically, emotionally & socially. We specialise in teaching complete beginners through to world champions and everything in between, and pride ourselves on our welcoming and friendly atmosphere, top quality facilities, and passionate, approachable and knowledgeable Instructors.
Our syllabus blends traditional Taekwondo with sport karate and kickboxing, as well as boxing and self-defence to give our members a truly comprehensive martial arts experience.
