On 14th June, Phoenix Martial Arts in Swindon held a successful colour belt grading, with 30 members testing to earn their next rank on their Taekwondo journey.
Each student demonstrated a range of Taekwondo skills, sequences, and drills to showcase their progress. Grading is a key part of martial arts development, building both technical ability and personal confidence.
