What our clients say...

Phoenix classes have helped to improve my fitness levels and assisted me with losing 3 ½ stone. But the most important benefit for me is that it has built my confidence and I have met a great bunch of people.

- Christine

I like how the emphasis is on trying your hardest and enjoyment rather than having to be technically perfect, which is ideal for the age group. The classes also teach respect and discipline in an upbeat way

- Joanne

I love training here, such a friendly and supportive group that will ensure you reach your fitness goals.

- Clair

I've been attending Ladies classes where I've met some lovely people. We are of all different ages and abilities, yet no one feels out of place or self-conscious. It has made exercise fun for me, and it's a way of letting the stress of everyday life disappear.

- Becky

Staff are friendly, very accommodating for children who has special needs or any other requirement’s. My eldest child attends and she’s very anxious and shy. She has made a fair few friends and every parent who attends with their child is friendly and supportive if you have questions.
