The way the instructors handle the younger students is brilliant, instilling discipline without being too strict. She loves her classes and has made some lovely friends too. The other parents are also really friendly which is nice as feels like a community with everyone looking out for each other.

Phoenix classes have helped to improve my fitness levels and assisted me with losing 3 ½ stone. But the most important benefit for me is that it has built my confidence and I have met a great bunch of people.

Words can't describe how pleased I am to have joined them and for my child to be involved in such a great team. All of the instructors are so incredibly kind and patient to all members, younger to older, and everyone helps each other.
